We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our Door Manufacturing Plant. This hands-on leadership role requires robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide employees in a custom manufacturing setting. Your role will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workflow and maintain safety standards
• Track production performance and take corrective action
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team




• Oversee employee time management and performance reviews
• Work with other departments to resolve production issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or supervisory role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background in custom manufacturing strongly preferred
• Knowledge of CNC operations is advantageous
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
