In this role with the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, you will support students, faculty, and staff through front-desk support and operational assistance in learning spaces. Your expertise in technology will ensure proper usage of computers, software, and audio-visual equipment. You'll contribute to innovative teaching methodologies that promote active learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-desk customer service and technical support
• Ensure proper usage of learning space technology
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues




• Support and maintain audio-visual and digital media equipment
• Train users on technology and software applications
Requirements:
• College Diploma or 2 years equivalent experience
• Three years of experience with learning technology support
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
