As an AppOps Analyst reporting to the Leader of Interac Control Centre, you will ensure the reliability and availability of mission-critical applications. This role emphasizes maintenance and support for Java/JEE applications and cloud-native platforms. You will also focus on incident resolution and service improvement by collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for Java/JEE applications and APIs
• Monitor application health using tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch




• Troubleshoot production issues across multi-layer applications
• Perform incident triage and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years in application support or site reliability engineering
• Solid knowledge of Java, SQL, and Linux
• Experience with AWS services and monitoring tools
• Understanding of microservices and CI/CD frameworks
• University degree in IT or related field
