Inside Sales works closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects. This role will involve working at the counter to assist and interact with our customers when needed.This role matters because it's the backbone of customer satisfaction and operational success. As an Inside Sales Representative,



you ensure accurate quotes, orders, and returns while building trust and strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Your collaboration with the sales team, proactive problem-solving, and excellent customer service directly impact our reputation and mission to help communities thrive.What to expect in the roleCustomer Relations: Assists with front counter sales, handles customer inquiries, coordinates calls, and supports Outside Sales.Project Management: Supports projects and quotations, escalating complex issues as needed.Order Management: Processes and updates orders across multiple channels.Stock Monitoring: Reports stock shortages and suggests current items based on demand.Returns (RMA): Manages return processes.Sales Monitoring: Tracks sales, open orders, and pricing to drive growth.Other Tasks: Supports warehouse, inventory, and branch safety initiatives.Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful3+ years of customer service experience2+ years of electrical/lighting industry experienceIntermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programsWide range of expertise in the products and services provided by E.B.
