Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily recreation and leisure activities
• Maintain engaging spaces that invite participation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Monitor changes in resident abilities and engagement
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement
Requirements:
• Experience with seniors in a relevant setting
• Diploma or degree in recreation or healthcare-related fields
• Actively pursuing a degree in therapeutic recreation
• Skills in meaningful activity planning
• Knowledge of wellness assessment and resident engagement
