Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Key accountabilities:Perform production tasks as planned by the department including the assembly of train components onto the train car body (e.G. sidewall panel fastening and drilling)Installation of internal components (sub-assembled) onto the train car bodyComplies with EH&S; rules and secure working procedure at all timesClean and maintain working areas and production equipmentSet up production equipment: workstation, test benches, inspection tools, warehouse equipmentRespect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routingIdentify parts as required by the operating instructions prior to installationsMonitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checksHandle,



store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouseAlert Team Leadership on process drift or quality problemComplete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leaderPack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containersRespect ESD rules for electronics devices productionThe above list of duties is not exhaustive and will be adapted / adjusted according to the Regional Center needsPerformance measurements:Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods timeProduct quality targetDeliver production tasks on timeEHS rules respectExperience Prerequisites & Required CompetencesEducational Requirements: Describe the minimum educational requirement/levelMandatory:Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical setting. Industrial working environment experienceExperience:More than 2 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devicesCompetencies & SkillsManufacturing effectivenessQuality focus – reporting in electronic system for status updates, defects, or scheduling updatesCollaboration / Communication with Transparency / TeamworkSpoken and written English communication is requiredYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
