Adecco is currently hiring an experienced Order Picker / Walkie Operator for a full-time opportunity in Mississauga, ON . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, warehouse operations, forklift operation, material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.

As an Order Picker / Walkie Operator, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

- Operate Order Picker and Walkie equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Load, move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid certification for Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
- Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
