You will drive safety, quality, and operational performance while delivering cost efficiency and production goals. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will champion continuous improvement, Lean practices, and cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to optimize equipment reliability and plant performance.
