Lead day-to-day operations as an Operational Supervisor in Home-Based Care at Rimon Private Care in Sandringham, Johannesburg. Coordinate services, staff, and client needs to ensure effective program delivery.
In this full time role, you’ll manage operational activities and service coordination for the Home-Based Care program. Your experience will support staff, assist with client inquiries, and resolve service delivery matters efficiently. You will be the key link between clients, families, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operational activities of the Home-Based Care program
• Monitor service delivery and operational workflows
• Coordinate client appointments and referrals
• Support staff with complex client matters




• Identify and escalate operational challenges
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Social Services or Health Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare or community services
• Previous supervisory or coordination experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent client service and communication abilities
