About the Role

Our client is offering an exciting Architectural Intern prospect within their practice in Kimberley . This role is designed for an enthusiastic student or recent graduate eager to gain practical experience in the field of architecture. You will support the architectural team across various project stages, from concept development to documentation and site visits. This hybrid position provides valuable hands-on learning and mentorship within a professional setting, contributing to projects in the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist architects and technologists with design development and drawing production.
- Prepare presentation materials, including sketches, 3D models, and basic renderings.
- Conduct research on building materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in preparing documentation for planning applications and tender submissions.
- Participate in site visits to observe and document construction progress.




- Provide general administrative support to the architectural team as needed.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and an interest in learning BIM software like Revit.
- Strong desire to learn and develop architectural skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a hybrid setup .
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
