You will partner closely with the Founder and CEO to spearhead business origination in M&A;, public listings, and capital raising. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead business development across M&A; and public listings • Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and transactions • Develop relationships with investment community leaders • Identify companies for IPOs, RTOs, and other listings • Represent the firm at conferences and investor forums

Requirements: • 7–10+ years in investment banking or capital markets • Experience with going-public transactions • Strong understanding of CSE, TSXV, TSX markets • Established Canadian capital-markets network • Entrepreneurial and relationship-driven personality
