Extensive experience in janitorial services management or facility cleaning operations. Demonstrated success in managing remote teams and implementing effective remote supervision strategies. Robust understanding of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and health and safety regulations. Proficiency in using remote work technologies, project management software, and data analysis tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
