Full-time, with overtime likely as requiredAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Gold Homes' quality standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and is willing to step in wherever needed to support site progress.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee residential infill construction projects from start to finishCoordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, schedules, and day-to-day site activityMonitor quality, timelines, and productivity across all phases of constructionEnsure job sites are organized, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standardsWork closely with ownership, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholdersIdentify issues proactively and solve problems quickly to avoid delays
