Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support services within residential housing
• Ensure emotional and physical well-being of residents
• Assist with daily living activities like meal prep and hygiene
• Supervise residents to ensure safety during shifts
• Implement individual program plans and behavior supports
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a residential setting
• Certification in First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid
• Knowledge in handling mental health diagnoses
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available for rotating shifts
