Senior Construction Broker (Canada) Willis Canada Inc.’s (“Willis”) National Construction team is looking to recruit an individual for the role of Senior Construction Broker.Preference is for the candidate to be based in Toronto or Montreal, but consideration will be given to qualified individuals located in Calgary or Vancouver.



Willis is seeking a candidate with proven expertise in structuring and negotiating placements for complex construction risks, both project specific and annual programs as well as contribute to key construction team initiatives both internally and externally. As a member of Willis’ Canadian Construction Broking Team, this role will work with and support Willis’ construction accounts and new business opportunities across Canada. This role will report into Willis’ North American Construction Practice with matrix-reporting into Willis Canada’s National Broking team.
