You’ll be responsible for overseeing community activities, managing conflicts, and maintaining safety protocols within residence halls. RAs must engage actively with residents and ensure they feel supported academically and socially while maintaining their own academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly community programs
• Resolve conflicts and provide resident support
• Ensure compliance with living standards and policies




• Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently
• Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly
Requirements:
• Enrollment as a full time student with a 65% GPA minimum
• Superior communication and customer service abilities
