• Utilize three-sink method effectively for dishwashing
• Ensure the kitchen floor is mopped and tidy
• Unpack and store supplier deliveries as needed
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve kitchen operations
Requirements:
• Grade 10 educational minimum
• One-year experience in dining room service required
• Smart Serve certification needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: Secure Food Handling Certification
