What you’ll do: AI Strategy, Governance & Adoption Own the AI and automation strategy, roadmap, and priorities throughout the lifecycle, aligning initiatives with business objectives and commercial growth goals. Identify high-value AI opportunities across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Commercial functions, developing business cases, implementation plans, and measurable success criteria. Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend investments, pilots, and adoption opportunities based on business impact. Establish governance, standards, and guardrails for responsible AI usage, including data stewardship, security, compliance, and quality assurance. Partner with Data, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, enablement, and long-term AI capability development. Intelligent Automation Design & Delivery Architect, build, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows supporting campaign execution, lead management, customer journeys, reporting, and cross-functional business processes.
