As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at The Care Company, you will be responsible for delivering crucial support to clients across various locations including Vaughan, Whitby, and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential personal care to clients
• Support clients in maintaining their dignity and independence
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs




• Travel within designated service areas for client visits
• Assist in reporting care concerns for better service
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and car for work purposes
• PSW certification or equivalent healthcare qualification
• CPR/First Aid and WHMIS2015 training certified
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Current Criminal Record Check essential
