ABOUT US

Boutique personal training studio specializing in small-group coaching (max 6 per group). We're entering our next growth stage and building the leadership team to scale while maintaining high standards.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a sales-driven coach ready to step into studio leadership. This is hands-on—you'll be on the floor, in the sales pipeline, and close to the client experience.

Run day-to-day studio operations with a focus on sales outcomes. Own lead response and follow-up, trial conversions, member retention, operational coordination, and selected coaching. Initially manage one team member; work closely with owner on strategy and growth.

This is not a desk-only role. You'll be visible, accountable, and directly involved in what makes the studio work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES & GROWTH

- - Respond to leads within 5 minutes; maintain consistent follow-up cadence
- - Manage CRM pipeline; guide prospects from inquiry to trial to membership
- - Build referral system; create social media content; develop community events
- - Flag opportunities to improve services and member experience

CLIENT RETENTION

- - Know clients by name; celebrate progress and build relationships
- - Create strong onboarding experience with clear expectations
- - Spot disengagement early; respond quickly to pauses/cancellations

STUDIO OPERATIONS

- - Coordinate staff schedules and coverage
- - Monitor inventory and supplies
- - Review KPIs weekly with owner; join monthly strategy check-ins
- - Understand P&L; basics and track customer lifetime value
- - Document procedures and improve processes

COACHING & CULTURE

- - Deliver high-quality small-group training sessions
- - Model professionalism, warmth, and care
- - Create positive, drama-free team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- - PT certification (asset)
- - CPR/AED certification (asset)
- - Comfortable with CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools

SCHEDULE

Full-time, in-person at Woodbridge location. Weekends required (including Saturday mornings). Combines sales, admin, floor leadership, and coaching sessions. Must have full time availability.

COMPENSATION

$4,800–$7,900/month base salary, tied to studio performance. Salary-only, no commission.

Salary increases at performance milestones:

- - Milestone 1: $4,800/month
- - Milestone 2: $5,300/month Next milestone approaching
- - Milestone 3: $5,800/month
- - Milestone 4: $6,500/month
- - Milestone 5: $7,200/month
- - Milestone 6: $7,900/month

As the studio grows, your responsibilities and compensation grow too.

Based on Previous 2 Years growth and future projections (based on performance) we expect to see you between milestone 4-5 Around Quarter 3 of 2027. Growth is steady and consistent. This job will require you to develop as a person & develop skillsets, we will invest in you & your growth!

90-DAY PLAN

Days 1-30: Learn systems, build client relationships, control CRM, establish weekly KPI reports.

Days 61-90: Operate with reliable discipline, hit targets, present trends, execute one growth initiative.
