PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate for Financial Due Diligence within Deals Transaction Services. You will participate in meetings with senior management and lead in-depth financial analyses to identify deal drivers.
You will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence, prepare Quality of Earnings analyses, and contribute to data-driven valuation and risk assessment in a team-oriented, hybrid Canadian environment.
