Basic Requirements

- Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
- Six (6) months recent clerical experience, or successful completion of TOH Pathway to Clerical Role Program;
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
- Basic Word;
- Basic Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and French oral expression (level 4 - advanced) and comprehension (level 4 - advanced).
