Our client, a leading manufacturer of flooring solutions , is looking for a Specification Sales Representative to develop the Quebec market across the education, recreation and institutional sectors .

Territory: Province of Quebec

Workplace: Home office – local to Montreal or Quebec City

Commissions/Bonus: $30,000 at 100% of plan, paid quarterly

Your role will be to get involved early in the project cycle and influence product selection by developing solid relationships with:

- Education and institutional organizations




- Develop the Quebec sales strategy and achieve growth targets
- Identify and develop new projects in education, recreation & institutional markets
- Influence product specifications and purchasing decisions early in the project cycle
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers & specifiers (A&D;)
- Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns and technical seminars
- Manage the project pipeline and develop relationships with distributors & contractors
- Grow the company’s presence across Quebec
