As a receptionist, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with. You’ll help ensure they have a warm and professional experience from the moment they arrive.Your main responsibilities:
Greet customers with courtesy and professionalism;Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments;Take and relay messages;Greet customers who visit the dealership and direct them according to their needs;Perform certain administrative and support tasks;Ensure the smooth flow of information between departments;Keep the reception area clean, organized,



and welcoming;Provide customer service that meets the dealership’s standards.Desired ProfileWe are looking for someone who:Has an excellent sense of customer service;Is cheerful, welcoming, and professional;Is organized, punctual, and self-reliant;Has the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously;Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team;Has experience in reception, customer service, or Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.What We Offer
