As the Knowledge Mobilization and Community Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with leading researchers to create inclusive communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will combine content creation, community building, and strategic coordination of engagement activities aligned with the project's objectives and EDI values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop knowledge mobilization strategies for diverse audiences
• Strengthen partnerships with community organizations
• Create accessible content for various platforms including social media




• Provide strategic communication support to project teams
• Oversee and evaluate engagement initiatives and communications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in community or research communications
• Proven ability in developing outreach strategies
• Strong organizational and independent working skills
• Understanding of EDI and anti-oppressive practices
