About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to remotely manage and oversee specialized cleaning operations for industrial facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cleaning protocols, training and guiding in office teams virtually, and ensuring that all industrial cleaning activities meet stringent safety and environmental standards. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader with expertise in industrial cleaning environments who can effectively manage operations from a distance. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of industrial sites through meticulously planned and executed cleaning strategies, all coordinated through a remote setup that values expertise and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement specialized industrial cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide remote supervision, training, and support to on-site industrial cleaning teams.
- Conduct virtual inspections and risk assessments of industrial sites to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and safety regulations.




- Manage the inventory and deployment of industrial cleaning equipment and specialized chemicals.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with environmental regulations and hazardous material handling procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in industrial cleaning , with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, chemicals, safety equipment, and hazardous waste management.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial settings.
- Strong remote leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively guide teams virtually.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and safety data sheets (SDS).
