Devereux is looking for dedicated professionals to assess and support adults across Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. You will implement Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans in a flexible working environment. Your work will help individuals grow socially and engage meaningfully within their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) effectively
• Work closely with individuals, families, and support teams
• Develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) tailored to needs




• Monitor ongoing treatment and evaluate therapy results
• Ensure accurate data collection throughout treatment
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar
• One year experience with FBAs and PBSPs required
• Solid background in Applied Behavioral Analysis
• BCBA or Licensed Behavior Specialist preferred
• Vehicle and driver’s license required
