This permanent role reports to the Manager of Talent Management & Development. You will partner with various leaders and employees to implement performance management and talent development programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute performance management and talent review processes
• Coordinate succession planning and talent initiatives
• Provide support on talent management tools and programs




• Monitor program effectiveness through reporting and data analysis
• Facilitate workshops and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Three years of experience in talent management or HR
• Strong understanding of performance management practices
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
