We are actively looking for dedicated 1st or 2nd-Year Welder Apprentices for our fabrication team. This role emphasizes basic aluminum MIG welding and offers a consistent schedule, making it perfect for apprentices eager to accumulate hours while learning from seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine tacking and aluminum tray fabrication
• Conduct MIG welding across multiple materials
• Assist journeymen with fabrication tasks and material prep
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all safety protocols within the shop
Requirements:
• Valid status as a 1st or 2nd-Year Apprentice Welder
• Basic welding skills; MIG experience is a plus
• Required: High School diploma or similar education
• WHMIS certification must be current
• Strong desire to work hard and accumulate trade hours
