Medcan is seeking an experienced mental health qualified for the Living Well – Mental Health program in Markham. The role focuses on adults with stress, depression, and related challenges, delivering evidence-based care in-person with possible travel to other Medcan locations.
The successful candidate will develop care plans, work with the Annual Health Assessment team, and contribute to program development while maintaining high professionalism and excellent communication.
