Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard youth’s daily needs and welfare
Document incidents with precision and care
Investigate nighttime activities and report accordingly
Maintain an organized and structured living environment
Facilitate household responsibilities and routines
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred
Experience in Community Group Care is beneficial
Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
Solid crisis management abilities required
Clean Class 5 Alberta driver’s license necessary
