As a Selling Specialist at Fresh, you will support the Fresh Sales and Education Executive by meeting sales targets and executing in-store events. Your proactive communication and relationship-building skills will create solid partnerships with beauty advisors and store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet daily sales targets in assigned stores
Assist in executing promotional events at locations
Build robust relationships with store employees
Maintain Fresh’s high visual merchandising standards
Conduct regular store visits per schedule
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the beauty industry
Mandatory availability Thursday to Sunday
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sephora or Ulta experience is a plus
Must possess means of transportation
Help drive sales and create memorable experiences for Fresh customers through effective sales strategies and partnerships.
