In this strategic role, the Risk Management Leader will oversee the implementation of WCEBP's risk management frameworks.
Collaborate with executive teams and boards to ensure effective risk assessments and compliance practices are ongoing and aligned with organizational goals. Contribute to building a risk-aware culture that enhances operational resilience across various departments. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the ERM framework and risk appetite measures
Facilitate comprehensive enterprise risk assessments
Monitor compliance and oversee internal control mechanisms
Guide business continuity and incident management planning
Provide detailed risk reporting to leadership and governance bodies Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Public Administration
At least six years in risk management or compliance functions
Skilled certifications such as CRM or CPA preferred
Solid relationship skills with executive-level reporting expertise
Knowledge of fiduciary oversight in the pension sector is a plus Become a pivotal part of WCEBP by leading risk management and compliance efforts.
