Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily adventure therapy and team-building activities
Monitor resident safety and compliance during sessions
Liaise with Alberta Health Services as needed
Assist with documentation and resident care plans
Promote alumni engagement and ongoing support Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Addiction or equivalent
1–3 years of relevant experience
Familiar with experiential learning methods
Current wilderness certifications and training
Excellent communication and cooperative skills Help young adults reshape their futures through meaningful wilderness experiences at Shunda Creek.
