Duties
Provide professional haircuts, styling, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff
Upsell retail products such as hair care and grooming items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently




Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare tips, and product recommendations to build trust and loyalty
Assist in retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement the services provided

Experience
Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning new techniques is highly valued
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Knowledge of hair styling techniques, current trends, and sanitation practices is essential
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and provide explicit guidance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with retail sales or upselling is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for growth opportunities

Pay: $15.00-$38.83 per hour
