The Family

Centre is looking for an individual passionate about community support and family development. This position strongly emphasizes the application of trauma-informed care practices. You will work directly with families and collaborate with partners to realize a supportive setting that nurtures growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead capacity-building activities and community engagement events
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Meet with families to develop essential parenting skills
Tackle stressors impacting family well-being
Encourage literacy and positive attachment strategies Requirements:
Degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, or related fields
Experience promoting positive relationships in diverse settings
Effective facilitation and communication capabilities
Background checks for vulnerable sectors
Reliable vehicle for community visits Impact family lives and strengthen community ties in this rewarding role.
