You will work directly with families and collaborate with partners to realize a supportive setting that nurtures growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead capacity-building activities and community engagement events
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Meet with families to develop essential parenting skills
Tackle stressors impacting family well-being
Encourage literacy and positive attachment strategies Requirements:
Degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, or related fields
Experience promoting positive relationships in diverse settings
Effective facilitation and communication capabilities
