The City of Thunder Bay is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Program Coordinator to strengthen the Recreation & Culture Division’s volunteer program. You will recruit, train, engage, and support volunteers for programs, festivals, events, and community initiatives across the city.

You will work with staff and volunteers to create meaningful prospects, ensure proper training, and recognize volunteer contributions.
