Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with their daily needs
Strictly adhere to program policies and protocols
Conduct client intake and enforce rules respectfully
Participate in cleaning and maintaining facility areas
Complete required documentation and reports
Requirements:
Completion of high school is mandatory
At least 10 months of experience in social services
Training in First Aid/CPR and de-escalation preferred
Familiarity with mental health support practices
Solid communication and problem-solving abilities
