Ensure execution of Local Service Operating Plans
Supervise all train operations and safety procedures
Focus on productivity and safety compliance metrics
Conduct efficiency assessments and mentor staff
Lead investigations in operational scenarios Requirements:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a conductor is essential
At least 2 years in supervisory logistics
Valid driver’s license required
