Reporting to the Site Leader, you will create adaptive programs tailored to individual Resident needs. Your expertise in occupational therapy, combined with effective collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, is key to the care model at Park Place. Ensuring safety and health standards while enhancing Resident quality of life are at the heart of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete initial occupational therapy assessments for Residents
• Develop and implement individual Resident care plans
• Collaborate with physiotherapist on therapeutic programs




• Maintain a safe and effective working environment
• Establish therapeutic relationships with Residents and families
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved occupational therapy school
• Two years of recent experience in elderly care
• Current registration with the provincial body
• Fluency in English for effective communication
• Robust teamwork and interpersonal skills
