Join Shared Health as a leader focused on Indigenous mental health and wellbeing in Manitoba. This in-person role seeks a candidate with expertise in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity. As the Shared Health Indigenous Health Leader, you will influence how mental health services are provided to Indigenous communities.

Your responsibilities will include developing trauma-informed care frameworks and overseeing psychological support systems. With at least five years in the healthcare sector, you'll harness your knowledge of mental health, diversity, and cultural protocols to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead Indigenous mental health initiatives
Provide psychosocial support both individually and in groups




Educate staff on Indigenous health needs and culturally protected practices
Advocate for health equity among Indigenous populations
Implement best practices in trauma and stress response Requirements:
5 years' experience in healthcare, particularly mental health
Bachelor's degree in relevant health field
Indigenous cultural safety and anti-racism training
Solid facilitation and leadership capabilities
Active qualified registration in healthcare Contribute to impactful Indigenous health solutions and practices within Shared Health.
