St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Clinical Practice Nurse – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled practical nursing services to designated patients, including independent nursing services and administration of prescribed treatments.

The successful candidate collaborates with the health-care team, participates in patient care coordination and discharge planning. Current CLPNM registration and recent acute medical nursing experience are required.
