Drive transformative roadway design initiatives as the Roadway Design Lead with CIMA+ in Ontario. Manage complex transportation projects from initial concept to final design. CIMA+ is seeking a dedicated Roadway Design Lead, integral to our Municipal & Transportation Design team.

You will coordinate designs across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency. This position offers the chance to guide junior staff and play a part in groundbreaking infrastructure improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive roadway design projects
Collaborate on MTO and municipal transportation assignments
Prepare detailed technical documentation and estimates
Conduct quality reviews of engineering models
Build and maintain client and team relationships Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Ontario Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) license
At least 10 years of design experience
In-depth understanding of highway standards
