Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. is seeking a Service Team Leader to manage, mentor and coach a customer-focused team. You will review service productivity, drive training, and improve process efficiencies across the branch to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years as a Service Team Leader, robust communication, and the ability to lead across shifts. A bilingual English/French preference and a valid driver’s license are desired assets.
