IDM Youth Services is seeking a Residence Child and Youth Worker to support the growth and development of youth in Westshore/Sooke, BC. You will plan outings, provide compassionate care, and participate in care planning with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires empathy, teamwork, and solid communication. Training opportunities and a unionized work workplace are available, with agency-set shift schedules.
