Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as PSWs/DSWs. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Developmental Support Worker (DSW), you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes or nursing facilities
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and secure environment
Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Specialize caregiver experience
Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred




Knowledge of medication administration protocols is an asset
Ability to provide quality care with empathy and respect for clients' dignity
Robust communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Certification as a nurse or caregiver is advantageous
