Assess stroke and neurological patients
Develop comprehensive nursing plans
Implement rehabilitative nursing care
Evaluate patient progress
Coordinate interdisciplinary care
Support patients and families
Maintain clinical documentation
Participate in care planning

What we're looking for
Registered Nurse qualification
Current Ontario nursing registration
Strong rehabilitation nursing skills
Clinical assessment ability
Excellent communication
Interdisciplinary teamwork
Ability to work day and night shifts
Stroke or neurological experience preferred
