You will lead requirements management across the full lifecycle, ensuring clarity, compliance, and collaboration at every stage. The role requires a degree in engineering, 10+ years in rail transit with at least 3 years in requirements engineering, and expertise in IBM DOORS NG, MBSE, and change control.

A P.Eng. in Ontario and INCOSE certification are highly regarded.
