Blyth Academy Online is seeking a highly organized and student-focused professional to join our team as a Guidance Administrator based out of our Ottawa campus. This role is primarily responsible for providing guidance and counselling to students while supporting the accurate maintenance of Ontario Student Records (OSRs), student records, and related campus administration. The successful candidate will work closely with students,



parents, teachers, the Principal, and Head Office to support student success and the smooth operation of the campus. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance to students in Grades 9–12 regarding course selection, academic planning, graduation requirements, and post-secondary pathways. Support students and parents with university and college applications, including OUAC, OCAS, and international applications. Support students with Grade 9 transition, Student Support Plans, academic concerns, and post-secondary planning. Work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and the Principal to support student success and well-being. Provide information on summer school, night school, private studies, study abroad, and academic exchange opportunities. Maintain and provide appropriate community resources and referrals.
